Phineas: Hey! Isabella! There you are.

(Isabella turns around to see Phineas running towards her.)

Isabella: Oh, H-hey, *sniff* Phineas...

(Phineas stops running and looks worriedly at her.)

P: Hey, what's wrong?

I: I... I thought you liked me... but it seems like you don't.

P: Izzy...but I DO like you! What makes you say things like that?

I: I mean, I tried telling you and showing you how much I like you...because...I have a crush on you.

(Phineas looks up, beat, trying to piece together in his mind what Isabella just told him)

P: So...that's what you meant.

I: Yeah...but you probably don't like me back anyways...
